My Family and I project is an attempt to capture a moment of intimacy with members of my family. With the help of the body to feel, to understand how far away we are and whether we are ready to see ourselves in this intimacy.

In our family it was not customary to touch each other. Especially not to show our naked bodies. I left my parents early, and our communication consisted mainly of letters and telephone conversations.The rare meetings were a great joy and gradually became accompanied by hugs, touches, kisses.

On my last visit home, I took pictures with my mother and brother. They were embarrassed, but wanted the pictures to work. I am grateful for their openness and overcoming. After, I took a shot with my husband, who I had also been separated from for a long time. And I ended this series with a self-portrait.
